About the Unit

  • 25 inpatient operating rooms
  • High intensity/challenging arena where heart/lung/kidney/pancreas transplants are performed
  • Robotic surgery
  • Challenging surgical environment where RNs can bring their nursing practice to a new level
Experienced RN Qualifications

  • Current California RN license
  • One year of operating room experience in a complex setting
  • Able to circulate independently on most surgical procedures
  • CNOR certification preferred

New Graduates

  • 20-week Versant RN Residency Program
  • One-on-one experienced preceptors
  • Exciting and supportive journey from novice to competent practitioner
